We all start out with great intentions of achieving our goals but by the end of the month, most people have lost their motivation.

WHY??


The answer is simple we try to incorporate all the things all at once and it becomes overwhelming and we end up throwing in the towel.

We all know the only way back to health is to start eating better and exercising, but sometimes just getting started is the hardest part.
